Sorry you've hit a snag. The quickest way for us to get to the bottom of it is with a bit of detail up front, so the notes below help a lot.

The fastest route is the Report a Bug button inside your CreateQR dashboard, which sends the report straight to us.

Step 1. Tell us what went wrong

  • What were you in the middle of doing?
  • What did you think would happen?
  • What actually happened instead?
  • Had anything changed just before it started?

Step 2. Add your setup, plus anything you can show us

  • Your device, say an iPhone 14, a Samsung Galaxy S23, or a MacBook.
  • The OS and its version, for instance iOS 26, Android 14, or Windows 11.
  • Which browser, where that applies, such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
  • A screenshot or a quick screen recording if you can grab one.

The fuller the picture, the sooner we can pin down the cause and put it right.
