Where is my refund?

After we process a refund, it heads back to the payment method you originally used. In most cases it lands within 5 business days, but the exact timing rests with your bank or card provider, and now and then it stretches out a little.

How quickly it clears is really up to your bank and the card network. That means a refund can be fully issued on our end and still take a while to appear on your side.

Once a refund leaves our system we can no longer follow it, so if you'd like it traced, your bank is the right place to ask. They can look it up in their own records.
