Can you send my refund to a different card?

A refund can only go back to the exact payment method your subscription was charged on. Card networks and anti-fraud rules require it that way, so sending it to a different card isn't something we're able to do.

If that card has since expired, been reissued, or otherwise changed, banks will normally forward the money to your account for you.

If you're trying to track a refund down or have questions about it, your bank or card provider is best placed to help, they can confirm the transaction and walk you through it.
