Can I get a receipt/invoice?

For now, CreateQR doesn't issue formal tax invoices on its own. We know they matter for a lot of businesses, and building that in is something we've got planned.

Until then, there are two easy ways to get proof of a charge:

• the confirmation email we send when your subscription starts, which lists your plan and exactly what was charged, and
• your bank or card statement, where the charge appears under our billing descriptor.

Payments are handled securely by our payment processor, and we never store your full card number. If you need anything more for your records, email support@create-qr.comand we'll help.
