How to delete your CreateQR account

Closing your account and cancelling your subscription are two different things, deleting is not the same as cancelling.

If the goal is just to stop the billing, there's no reason to delete anything. Cancel my subscription instead and your codes and analytics stay usable through to the end of the period you've paid for.

If what you actually want is to wipe the account and its data for good, read on.


Before you delete: please be aware

Deletion takes effect right away and cannot be reversed, and it reaches well past your billing:

❌ Your personal data is cleared out of our active systems, consistent with our Privacy Policy and whatever the law requires of us.

The account data itself goes too, your QR settings and their destinations are erased permanently.

Every scan record and analytics figure is deleted with no way to bring it back.

Your codes stop resolving, both the dynamic ones and anything already printed. A scan lands on an error rather than your content.

You lose the dashboard.There's no logging in afterward and nothing left to manage.

The subscription ends on the spot.Any days still left in the period you paid for are forfeited when the account goes. If there's any doubt, cancel rather than delete, that keeps your access until the period runs out while stopping every further charge.

There's no undo.Neither the account nor its data can be recovered once it's gone.
