How do I update my email address?

Changing your email is something you handle yourself from inside your account, there's no need to write in to support.

The steps:

  1. Sign in to your CreateQR account.
  2. Open your account settings.
  3. Next to your current email, click the pencil icon.
  4. Type in the address you'd like to switch to.
  5. Hit Send Code, and we'll email a 6-digit code to that new address to check it's really yours.
  6. Enter that code to lock in the change.

Once it's confirmed, keep in mind:

  • the new address is what you'll log in with from then on,
  • the old one can no longer get into the account, and
  • your codes, subscription, and analytics all carry over untouched.
