Having trouble logging in?

Run into this message?

"We couldn't find an account for that email."

What it's telling you is that no CreateQR account is registered under the email you typed.

A couple of things tend to be behind it:

  • The account was set up under a slightly different address, an easy one to miss with a typo, a stray space, or a small misspelling.
  • You checked out through PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay and are now signing in with that payment email rather than the one you actually created your CreateQR account with.

Using a Magic Link and the email hasn't shown up? Give your Spam and Junkfolders a look. If you still can't get in, reach our support team and list any addresses you might have signed up with.
